ChuanD Technology has two automatic injection molding workshops, equipped with injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 380 tons clamping force, a total of 50 sets, including 23 sets of imported NISCO electric injection molding machines, 7 sets of gas-assisted injection molding machines, 1 set of 160T vertical injection molding machine, and 19 sets of other various tonnage horizontal injection molding machines, each equipped with a full set of auxiliary equipment such as robot and mold temperature machine, which can meet different requirements of customers.
ChuanD Technology's team of professionals is proficient in insert molding, overmolding, gas assist technology, steam injection molding, two/three color injection molding and high gloss injection molding.
